I am attaching the present version of the pre/proposal.
Hope you find it reasonable.
I have added your name to it, as requested by the call.
I have added some more specific issues of study.
The pre-proposal has rather long titles for the sections because they are the copy of what is written in the call, for you know exactly what is supposed to be included in the pre-proposal.
I have contacted Juan Camilo Cardenas, because we needed a researcher form a low or middle income country, and Uruguay is no longer one. He agreed to participate as partner. I have also added some other names in the region and outside that I think could be contacted. Finally, I also added some Uruguayan non economists that could be contacted to add the needed interdisciplinary to the network.
I have also stated that I will be attending the workshop, in case our pre-proposal is selected.
